Nora's order on 31.12.10: Her request was for a rich choc cake, but bearing in mind that her husband does not like the 'sour' taste of cream cheese & bitter dark chocolate, i toned it down to a sweet & tasty Oreo-choc-cream cheese buttercream filling + Nutella (hazelnut spread). The cake is classic choc cake. Cake is frosted with 45-50% choc ganache & piped with more choc hazelnut at the top!
